What Is Your Return & Refund Policy? |

If the item was broken, of course Raven will send a replacement and reimburse you for the return shipping cost. We will also accept unwanted merchandise (does not fit, do not like it, etc...), but in that case the return shipping cost shall be the responsibility of the customer. How Much Should I Pay For Shipping? |

What Is Your Standard Delivery Time? |

Unfortunately at the moment, Raven can only offer regular USPS shipping on most items. Those items can ship as fast as 24 hours, or as long as 5 days. Alchemy Gothic of England is the only exception. These products come directly from England and have a 2-4 week ship time.

The Alchemy Gothic Pewter products will become dirty over time, however they will not Tarnish per say. The items can always be cleaned, back to their original state, with warm soapy water and a soft cloth.
